Terms of Service
Last updated 3 June 2026 · Operated by Analytics AIML
Welcome to Esscro, a marketplace for buying and selling finished digital products — apps, websites, scripts, SaaS, AI tools, prompts and domains — settled in USDC stablecoin through non-custodial escrow. By creating an account or using Esscro, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Esscro (“we”, “us”) is operated by Analytics AIML. We provide a platform that connects buyers and sellers of digital products and facilitates an escrow-based settlement in USDC. We are a marketplace and software provider — not a bank, a broker, an exchange, or a money-transmitter.
2. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate basic information (a valid email, and identity details where we ask for them). One person or business, one account, unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.
We deliberately keep onboarding light: we do not ask you to verify a bank or card, because settlement is in crypto. We may require additional identity verification (KYC) before higher-value transactions, to investigate a dispute, or where we reasonably believe it is needed to prevent fraud or comply with law.
3. How escrow works (non-custodial)
When a buyer funds an order, the USDC is held in escrow — by a smart contract or platform ledger entry dedicated to that order — not in a general Esscro wallet. We never take custody of your funds and cannot spend, lend, or redirect them. Funds can only ever move in one of two directions: released to the seller, or refunded to the buyer.
A 72-hour inspection window starts when a product is delivered. If the buyer accepts, the seller is paid instantly (less our fee). If the buyer does nothing, funds auto-release to the seller after the window. If the buyer raises a dispute, an Esscro arbiter reviews the evidence and chooses exactly one of two outcomes — release to seller, or refund to buyer. The arbiter cannot send funds anywhere else.
4. Fees
Esscro charges a flat platform fee (currently 1%) on a completed sale, taken from the released amount at payout. There is no subscription or listing fee. Refunds carry no fee — a refunded buyer receives 100% back. Blockchain network (gas) fees, and any third-party on-ramp fees if you buy crypto with a card, are separate and shown before you confirm.
5. What you may sell
You may only list digital products that you own or are fully licensed to sell, and that you have the right to transfer. Your listing must be accurate — the product, what’s included, and the delivery method must match what the buyer receives.
6. Prohibited products & conduct
You may not list, sell, or use Esscro for: stolen, “nulled”, pirated or counterfeit software; malware, spyware, or anything designed to harm or deceive; products that infringe someone else’s intellectual property; illegal goods or services; or anything that breaks the law where you or the buyer are located. You may not use Esscro to launder money, to move proceeds of crime, or to evade sanctions. We screen for and will remove such listings and may suspend accounts and cooperate with authorities.
7. Delivery & transfers
Deliver through Esscro so delivery is provable. For file products, the buyer downloads through the platform. For transfers (a repo, a domain, an account, a whole SaaS), complete the transfer and have the buyer confirm receipt before funds release. Off-platform side-deals are at your own risk and not protected by escrow.
8. Disputes
If a delivery doesn’t match the listing, the buyer may open a dispute during the inspection window. Both sides submit evidence; the arbiter decides release or refund based on whether the product matched the listing. The decision is final on the platform. Because the arbiter can only release or refund, neither side risks funds going to a stranger.
9. Crypto risk & no custody
You understand that crypto transactions are irreversible once on-chain, that you are responsible for your own wallet and keys, and that we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address outside an Esscro order. USDC is intended to track the US dollar but we don’t guarantee its peg or the operation of any blockchain. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own wallet, your keys, or third-party networks.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close an account, or remove a listing, if we reasonably believe these Terms were broken, fraud or illegality is involved, or it’s required by law. Funds already in escrow for honest, in-progress orders are resolved through the normal release/refund/dispute process — suspension does not let us seize them.
11. Disclaimers & liability
Esscro is provided “as is”. We facilitate transactions but we are not a party to the contract between buyer and seller, and we don’t guarantee any product’s quality, fitness, or that a counterparty will perform. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned on the transaction in question.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: support@analyticsaiml.com.
